From years of experience in tech recruiting, I have come across an ocean of intelligent and savvy tech talent in Africa.
I always said to myself, "I wish I could place them all".
After graduating from Techstars Detroit, I had the pleasure of meeting founders looking for dedicated talent but were dealing with some financial restraints (the joy of early days startups!).
The lightbulb moment!
Connecting these startups with African talent just might be a win for both parties.
As a startup, you get to decide the work model - contract, part time or full time.

Talent Review
All shortlisted candidates and their information will be reviewed with your company as you make your final decisions, it advised to have one more round of interview - panel or with the founders.
Checking for cultural fit and so on.
