Each roles attracts a unique fee that is specially formulated for early-stage founders.
Junior roles (0-2 years experience): $500
Intermediate roles (2-4 years experience): $1,000
Senior roles (5-10 years experience): $1,500
C.T.O. roles: 10% of annual salary
There is a $200 non-refundable administrative fee to be made upon signing the freelance contract. All payments are made via Payoneer or ACH from U.S. bank accounts.
